How do i place an order on jlkautoparts.com?

-Placing your order is easy and convenient.Once you have found and selected your part,you just have to add it to your shopping cart and then proceed to checkout.Select the payment option you would like and login.Then, fill up the form with the needed information for billing and shipping,and then place the order.



Shipping Policies

When will my parts be shipped?


-Orders are usually shipped the next day after purchase. We ship Monday through Saturday except on holidays. Orders placed on the weekend will ship Monday.

Where do you ship?

-We ship to any location in the U.S. and to international destinations.

How long will my order take to arrive?

-Your package time in transit depends on several factors:

1) The shipping service you selected

2) Your location

-After your order ships, you will receive an email with tracking information. You may also log into your account to track your shipments.



Return Policies

What is your return policy?

-You may return all items purchased within 30 days of delivery for a full refund minus shipping costs.

-You will be responsible for return shipping costs with the exception of shipment damage, wrong part shipped, or defective parts.

-Should you receive a defective part, we will gladly send you a replacement part at no charge contingent upon receiving back the defective part.

-We must be notified of the defective part within 30 days of purchase and receive the defective part back within 20 days of notification.

-If no replacement part is available, we will refund your original purchase price in full.

-Under no circumstances will our liability exceed the amount of the original sale. This means we will not reimburse for labor expenses.

How do I return an item?

-To return a part, just email us and let us know the reason for return. Be sure to include your name, address, email address, and date of purchase.

-We will let you know then where to return the part.

What are your "Other terms and conditions"?

-JLK Auto Parts has the right to change price and correct typographical/printing errors without prior notice.

-We reserve the right to cancel any order for any justifiable reason. In the event of this rare occurrence, we will contact you at the email address you provided.
